DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS
Our Semi-Custom Collection invitations and stationery are intentionally and meticulously designed. As such, we are unable to accommodate major design changes beyond the personalization options listed on each product page.
Semi-custom designs do not include custom illustration, hand lettering, or full layout redesigns unless specifically quoted and approved as an additional service.
PROOFING & REVISIONS
Each semi-custom order includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions, limited to wording edits and approved customization options. Requests outside the original scope or beyond the included revisions may be quoted separately.
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs for accuracy, including spelling, dates, punctuation, and layout. Once final approval is received and the order is sent to print, no further changes may be made. If an item is printed with an error that was present in the approved proof, the client is responsible for any reprint costs.
PRINTING & PRODUCTION
All orders are professionally printed using specialty papers and finishes selected during the ordering process. Due to the nature of custom printing:
• Slight variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent and considered acceptable
• Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on screen
Once production has begun, changes to artwork, quantities, or materials may not be possible.
TIMELINE & TURNAROUND
After your order is placed, you will receive an invitation wording form to the email address you provided on your order. A digital proof will be delivered within seven (7) business days of receiving a fully completed wording form.
If required information (such as event date, time, or location) is missing, your order cannot proceed until all necessary details are provided. While we may follow up, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to submit complete and accurate information. Production timelines are not guaranteed until all required information has been received.
If your order includes a photograph (such as on a save the date card), you are responsible for providing it in a timely manner and in high-resolution format. Delays caused by incomplete information or missing assets are not the responsibility of the studio.
PAYMENTS
All design fees are due in full at the time of purchase. Printing, materials, shipping, and applicable taxes are charged at checkout or invoiced separately depending on order details.
Orders will not move into production until all required payments have been received.
ORDER CHANGES
Requests to change quantities, materials, or finishes after final proof approval may result in additional fees and revised timelines. The studio is not responsible for costs incurred due to changes requested after approval.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are included in your total. All U.S. orders ship via UPS Ground and typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on location.
Once an order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for its handling. Tracking information will be provided, but we do not have access to shipment updates beyond what is available through UPS. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage incurred during transit. Clients are strongly encouraged to place orders early to allow for potential shipping delays.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of our design and printing services, all sales are final. Design and production fees are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been ordered.
Because all items are created specifically to your specifications, orders are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation.
If a printing error occurs due to a mistake on our part, the item will be reprinted at no additional cost. Errors present in an approved proof—including spelling, dates, or design details—are the client’s responsibility, and any reprint costs will be billed accordingly.
PRIVACY
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely to communicate with you and fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional details.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
All designs, images, artwork, and products displayed, advertised, sold, or provided at any stage of the design or proofing process are the exclusive property and copyright of Four 13 Designs, LLC, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
All content is copyrighted upon creation and protected under the United States Copyright Act of 1976 (USCA). No design, image, artwork, or product shall be considered a “work made for hire” unless expressly agreed to in writing.
Semi-custom designs and all materials provided may not be copied, reproduced, shared, resold, altered, or used to create derivative works for personal or commercial use beyond the originally agreed-upon purpose without prior written permission from the studio.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The studio’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for design services. Under no circumstances shall the studio be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the studio’s services shall be proper in Eagle County, Colorado.
